First Dateiversary

Four years ago today, I took Lisa on our first date. We ate at the Helmand, and she kicked my ass at Scrabble for the next couple of years. She used the word "oral" on our first game. We both got better jobs. I bought and painted a scooter. We got engaged. Simon Kitty accepted her into the "circle of trust and meows". We dressed up for Halloweens with great relish. We baked cookies. We went on many trips along the East coast, from Pittsburgh to Charlottesville. We watched all seven seasons of Buffy in a row, and then mourned the end of the show with a sadness that I still feel is very fresh. We bought a house. We did a lot of laundry. We got married. We couldn't be happier! Xoxo Lambtron!
