Time Machine
Tuesday, June 3rd, 2008

I need a time machine - the year is already half over, and I'm not even a quarter "done" with it yet. Insane! Why can't my workday go by so crazy-quickly?!

Speaking of inventions that would blow your mind, have you seen the new Starbucks swizzle sticks? They freaking finally figured out how to stop off that drink hole, so that you don't get milk-based products in your center console while driving. It only took them, what, 10 years to get around to that? heh.

Sassy siren design included, naturally.
Sometimes it's the silly little things that make me smile.

Cast Monarch parts. Wheee.

Stacks of donor kits for the ESB ATST.

Casting stuff makes a big mess in no time!

Dragonar Kai I am building.

"Studio Scale" Raider I built a while back (which was damaged in shipping). I am now refurbishing.

Little people in a spaceship I am making.

You will barely be able to see them once everything is together... but that's kind of the plan.
Ow, my eye!

Did I mention that it's allergy season? I had no idea this happened until Lisa said "hey, your eye!"... ah well.

Meanwhile, I got some amazing sets of detail parts from Japan. Designed to deck out 1/700 ships, these will donate to all manner of other models.

There's even a few sets in clear, which is absolutely fantastic! Now I can add "eyes" to the Krankenschwester.

And casting of ESB AT-ST parts continue.

Here's an old gem... an in-progress shot of a Mr. Burns custom action figure I made eight years ago!!
