Prior to its debut as an injection plastic kit, the Luna Pawn was available via the (one day only) Wonderfestival in Japan, making it virtually impossible to get, even for the Japanese.

The Luna Pawn never appeared in Hobby Japan Magazine (as it is a post-SF3D design), which published SF3D from 1982 to 1985.
