Nutrocker

This Nutrocker was built by my friend John, and the client wanted me to paint it to match a squadron I was working on. Right before paint work began, the client decided on a different squadron, so this and the Gans were painted simultaneously. Suits will be painted to match soon!
He incorporated a motor I sent, from one of those mini turntables - he cleverly added a chain drive to make the radar turn.

Decals were taken from the latest issue of the Wave Gans.

Paints were a combination of Tamiya acrylics, Mr Color Laquers, and MIG Powdered pigments.

Power is routed through the bottom of the hull.

Turret and most "pokey bits" disassemble for shipping to the client.

Light!

Off!

The engine end. Filthy.

Here you can see a little of the texture on the hull.

And here it is next to the Gans.

"He's behind me... isn't he?"

"Does this armor make my ass look fat?"
