Parts were washed/degreased, dried, and primed. Cleanup was minimal, and George's decision to rotocast key large parts was excellent!

Smooth and clean!

Parts were painted with Polyscale paint that closely (apparently) approximates the original's coloring.

It is interesting to see how much it can shift, depending on lighting as shown above. Sometimes it looks putty-colored, other times a bone-white.

I tried a few takes on the mesh before deciding on the plain uncolored graphic that you see in the finished photos.

Seams were puttied over with Aves.

Landing bay art was carefully covered over before final paint!
