PK40 Fledermaus

March 1, 2875 - early morning. High ranking officials in the Strahl stand witness at Archmar Aerodrome (near Neu Marienbre) as a strange aircraft climbs toward the sun. As the officials struggle to follow the flight path in the glare and brilliance of the sun, the aircraft rolls, diving downwards to buzz the crowd. An excellent display of agility and power!

The next day, the Pk.40 was drafted into production as a main weapon for the Strahl. It soon proved it's superiority in several battles. On September 2882, the Strahl forces engaged Mercenary J-40(S) (a Merc backwards-engineer of the Fledermaus). The Strahl emerged victorious.
