I do not believe a kit has ever been offered.

The easiest way to construct one as of this writing would be to use a Garage Kit Gladiator and late-model SAFS hatch. The gun must be scratchbuilt if a cast is not available.

There are various versions (pre-assembled and painted like an action figure) available in 1/35th from Yellow Submarine.
