There was a 1/20th kit available from ModelKasten (with Nitto parts included). Now out of production.

There was a 1/20th kit available via the (one day only) Wonderfest in Japan, making it virtually impossible to get, even for the Japanese.

The easiest way to construct one as of this writing would be to use a Nitto Gustav as a base.
