There was a 1/20th kit available from Nitto. Now out of Production.

There was a kit available via the (one day only) Wonderfest in Japan, making it virtually impossible to get, even for the Japanese.

In March, 2883, the Strahl National Defense Force ordered the Weapon Development Service to produce a high powered driverless reconnaissance weapon. However, development and production lagged, due to the difficulties of war and a shortage of antigravity equipment.

It wasn't until late September 2884 that the Strahl forces actually began to produce the Neuspotter, equipped with an advanced computer, seeker, and sensor for reconnaissance. It had a greatly refined mobility and was silent when operational. This made the Neuspotter ideally suited in it's role as an AI spy unit.

Production remained limited due to it's expense in materials.
